Our engagement process is collaborative and clear. First, we conduct a Discovery phase to define your needs and project scope. This is followed by Design & Planning, where we architect the solution and create a detailed plan. The Development & Validation phase includes prototyping, coding, hardware build, and rigorous testing. Finally, the Handoff & Support phase prepares for manufacturing/deployment with full documentation. We maintain constant communication with you throughout the process.

Protecting your intellectual property is fundamental to us. We begin every collaboration by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of your project. In our standard practice, all intellectual property rights (designs, code, etc.) specifically developed for your project become your property upon successful project completion and final payment. All details regarding IP ownership are clearly outlined in our main service agreement.

Clear and regular communication is crucial for us. We typically schedule regular progress meetings (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) via video/phone calls. We also use email and project management tools for daily interaction and document sharing. You will have a dedicated project manager or technical lead as your main point of contact throughout the project. Our goal is to keep you informed of progress and answer your questions promptly.

To provide an accurate quote, we need a clear understanding of your project. Key information we need includes: 1) A clear description of your project goals and concept. 2) Detailed functional and technical requirements for the hardware and software. 3) The specific scope of work you need from us (e.g., full turnkey, just firmware?). 4) Your desired timeline for development. Any existing technical documents or designs you can share are also beneficial for estimation.

While we do not manufacture directly, we can manage the entire production process on your behalf if you require it. We prepare all necessary production documentation (Gerbers, BOM, etc.). We take responsibility for direct communication with the selected manufacturers and coordinate the entire process for you. Furthermore, we work to optimize the manufacturing process for cost and efficiency based on our design. In short, we can offer end-to-end support through the manufacturing phase as well.
